VAT POLICY

Our prices are inclusive of VAT at 19% for EU Customers.

For orders to Non-EU Countries (i.e. USA, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, Russia, Israel) there will be no VAT charge.


Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.


We ship WORLDWIDE including the following countries. If your country is not on this list please email us for delivery price.

Should you change your place of residence, we would kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible. All necessary personal details will be recorded by us at the time of your order and we assure you that they will be handled confidentially.

Duty and Customs

We operate on a delivered duty unpaid basis. If we are shipping your delivery to a destination address outside of the EEC then local import duty and taxes may be applicable.

We are not responsible for these duties and taxes, and as such these should be paid by the purchaser of the goods, who will also be responsible for providing any information required by Customs & Excise.

Please note that any delay as a result of customs & duty is beyond our control and we not offer any financial responsibility for these charges and are not able to refund any duty paid on items returned to us either due to fault or unsuitability as this is a contract between the purchaser and their own countries Customs & Excise department.


OUR RETURN POLICY for not European Union (e.g. from USA, Australia and Canada)

We do hope that you are happy with the items you have purchased however, but we understand that on occasion you may wish to exchange or return items for a refund if they are not suitable.
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. Items received after the time period stated above will not be eligible for either exchange or refund unless they are found to be faulty.
The buyer is responsible for returning the items to our returns address and is responsible for any cost involved in the return of such items.
Items damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered faulty and as such will be returned to the purchaser.
The returning item must have labels attached and be unworn and undamaged. Goods returned to us in unsalable condition cannot be exchanged or refunded.
On receipt of the returned goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the items (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. We aim to use a refund within fourteen days of receipt of return items.


International returns from not European Union (e.g. from USA, Australia and Canada)

In addition to the above, returns from outside the European Economic Community (EEC) must have a completed Customs declaration attached to the outside of the parcel, with the check box 'other' ticked. You should ensure the following is specified on the customs shipping declaration:

'Goods the property of the recipient originating in EEC returned for credit.'

Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

 

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning
your exercise ofthe right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

 

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

 

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.


We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
