on 01.09.2016 shall enter into force the regulation of the (EU) no. 524/2013, for "online dispute resolution for consumer disputes".
The objective of this Regulation is to be achieved by setting up an online dispute resolution platform (OS platform) at EU level and arrangements for cooperation with the national bodies responsible for alternative dispute resolution.
We are obliged to point customers to the existence of these platform for online dispute resolution.

As found on the website of the OS platform, it will be expected to enter service in February 2016 - the duty to inform is however nevertheless already from 9 January.
